Real estate agents, teams, brokerages and other businesses use ControlLaunchPad to text the people they work with. These terms apply to those text messages. In them, "the business" means the business that texts you, and "we" means ControlLaunchPad, which provides the software.
When you agree to get texts from a business, it may send you:
- replies to your questions and requests;
- appointment confirmations, reminders and changes, for example for a showing or a call;
- follow-ups about the homes, properties or services you asked about;
- if you agreed to them, marketing messages such as new listings, open houses and offers.
Businesses must identify themselves in their messages.
You agree to receive texts when you give a business your mobile number and agree to be texted, for example by checking a box on its website form, booking an appointment, starting a website chat, or texting the business first. Agreeing to receive marketing texts isn't a condition of buying anything.
Message frequency varies with your conversation and your appointments.
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPT OUT work too. You may get one message confirming that you've opted out, and then no more texts from that number. To start again, reply START.
Reply HELP for help, contact the business that texted you, or email us at support@controllaunchpad.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device, and isn't guaranteed.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
See our Privacy Policy for how ControlLaunchPad handles information, and the business's own privacy policy for how it does.
You are responsible for your recipients' consent. Before texting anyone, get the consent the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other laws require, keep a record of it, identify your business in your messages, honor STOP and HELP, and keep your US carrier registration (10DLC) accurate. ControlLaunchPad turns texts off when someone replies STOP and adds the number to your do-not-contact list, but compliance stays your responsibility. See Acceptable use in our Terms of Service.
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: support@controllaunchpad.com.
