Simple pricing, per seat

Pick a plan and add a card. We place a temporary hold for one seat's first payment to check the card and release it right away, so nothing is charged. Your 14-day trial starts when you confirm your email, and we email you 3 days before it ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing.

It keeps sign-ups real and means your workspace keeps running when the trial ends. Card details go straight to Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store the full card number.

Each active teammate in your workspace is a seat. On monthly billing, a seat you add is charged for the rest of the month on your next invoice, and a seat you remove comes off at renewal. On yearly billing, a seat you add is charged right away for the rest of the year, and a seat you remove comes off at renewal.

A year costs 10 months: 2 months free. You can switch from monthly to yearly in Billing at any time (we credit the unused part of the month), and from yearly to monthly when your year renews.

Every plan includes AI credits for each seat, every month: 30 on Starter, 400 on Pro and 800 on Business. The workspace shares them, so 5 Pro seats get 2,000 a month. Each "Draft for me" uses 1 credit and each AI report (Ask your CRM) uses 3 credits. Background AI, such as lead briefs, reply ideas, the morning briefing and call wrap-ups, uses no credits, within fair use. Monthly credits reset on the 1st (UTC) and don't roll over.

AI during the trial: up to 30 credits per seat a month. AI reports are on Pro and up.

Nothing stops working: AI features show built-in suggestions until your credits reset on the 1st. Owners and admins get a notice at 80% and when they're used up. On Pro and up you can buy 1,000 extra credits for $25, one-time. Bought credits are used after your monthly ones and carry over until used while your subscription is active.

No. AI features run on Anthropic's Claude through its commercial API, and Anthropic's commercial terms don't let it train models on your data. We never sell your data or use it to train AI. Owners and admins can also turn AI off for the workspace. See our Privacy Policy.

Yes. Cancel from Billing and your workspace stays open until the end of the period you've paid for. See the Refund and cancellation policy for the details, including refunds on yearly plans.

Yes, from Billing, at any time. A bigger plan starts right away; a smaller one starts at your next renewal.

Texting runs through a Telnyx account you connect. You buy numbers and register with US carriers right inside ControlLaunchPad, and Telnyx bills you directly for numbers, messages and carrier fees, at their prices. You see every fee before you agree to it.

We email you and Stripe tries the card again. Your team keeps working for 7 days while you update the card; after that the workspace pauses until the payment goes through. Your data is kept.
